At PRMG we are focusing a lot of time and resources on the technology front. The brand new Correspondent Portal is completely rolled out. The feedback from brokers that are totally set up on it is that the system is fast, clean and simple to use. This was a big undertaking for PRMG but we are investing heavily in the Correspondent Channel. The next big item you will see roll out is our Account Executive CRM, customer relationship management, portal from Comergence. Comergence is a system commonly used to help collect broker packages when we sign up new brokers in Wholesale and Correspondent. Comergence now has a CRM that we are going to give to all our AE’s and Retail RM’s. They will now have a place to log in every day instead of just working in Outlook and FastTrac360. This CRM will allow AE’s and RM’s to prospect new brokers and branches. We have never had such an effective tool to drill down and find out who is doing business in specific locations. The CRM will have the ability to send out marketing materials such as flyers or presentations. The most important part of the CRM is that a daily calendar is in there to organize activities. Managers also have access to see what the AE’s and RM’s are doing. Presentations, phone calls and office visits will all be logged into this CRM. As we move into a more enhanced PRMG platform offering we will be holding the AE’s and RM’s more accountable for growing business.
We are working on our roll-out of the Wholesale web portal. This project has been a huge undertaking within our IT Dept. We want to get it right so we’ve been spending a ton of time on framing it out. We will see increased speed, disclosure tracking, no lost documents, easy access to approvals and other documents all wrapped in a very appealing website. This will no doubt make it easier to do business with PRMG. WE MUST do this or we will not keep up with our competition. In addition to this web portal we have a new Appraisal Department software portal. Tracking orders and following up on appraisers who don’t set inspections will be much easier. Each day wasted is one more day we lose trying to meet closing dates in a purchase market. This software should be rolled in January along with portions of our Wholesale web portal. In addition to all these enhancements we will continue to make FT360 easier to use internally. We are revamping the way we order FHA case numbers so we reduce human error and get them out faster to the brokers. The auto-lock feature in our pricing engine will continue to reduce response times in Secondary which I’ve heard has been very fast lately. Fannie Mae is coming out with Day 1 Certainty which allows us to access asset and income documentation in a secure manner from our borrowers. This is all part of the evolving digital experience to have less room for human error and fraud. In return Fannie Mae will offer the industry significantly reduced repurchase risk for defaulted loans. Finally we are rolling out Social Survey for our Retail Channel. Each closed loan will send an electronic survey to the borrower. For those that participate we then ask for them to write a review. These reviews get posted by Social Survey on Social Media and Google. Together all of this will help build our positive web presence. WE NEED to spread the word of how good we are at PRMG. This will build our brand, reputation and future referral business.
